How we handle reviews
We publish reviews from people who have actually bought a load. Nothing else goes on this page.
That means a new store looks quiet for a while, and we would rather look quiet than look invented. If you have bought from us and want to say something, honest or otherwise, email sales@aepalletsales.com and we will publish it.
If you are trying to judge a liquidation seller with few reviews, the useful questions are these: do they publish a real address and phone number, do they state the condition and count on every listing, do they tell you plainly whether a load is manifested, and is the price arithmetic plausible for the goods described. Those tell you more than a wall of five-star quotes.
