What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number and the contents of your order. We need all of it to take the order, arrange the freight and contact you if something changes.
When you contact us we keep the message and your contact details so we can answer and so we have a record if a claim follows.
Our website collects standard technical information automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the site that referred you. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

- We never see or store bank credentials. Transfers happen inside your own bank or app.
How the information is used
We use your information to process and ship your order, to answer your questions, to handle claims, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We share the minimum necessary with the people who make the order happen: the freight carrier moving your load, our hosting provider, and our accountants. Each holds it only to do that job.
Cookies, retention and your rights
This site uses cookies to keep your cart working, to remember your session, and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though the cart will stop working if you block the essential ones.
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, generally seven years, and correspondence for as long as it is useful for support and claims.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email sales@aepalletsales.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Who else touches your data
Our site runs on WordPress and WooCommerce, hosted with Hostinger in the United States. Order records live in that hosting environment.
Freight carriers receive your delivery address, contact number and the load details, because they cannot deliver a pallet without them. They use it for that delivery only.
We do not run advertising pixels that build a profile of you across other websites. If that changes, this page will change with it before the code goes live.
