Free nationwide shipping

Shipping is included in the price shown on every listing. There is no separate freight line at checkout, no fuel surcharge, and no accessorial invoice afterwards. The number you see on the product page is the number you pay.

We ship to all fifty states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship outside the United States, and we do not ship to freight forwarders acting for an overseas buyer.

How a load travels

Carriers and packaging

Pallets ship as LTL freight. Each skid is stacked, banded where the load requires it, and stretch-wrapped before it leaves the dock. Loose or irregular goods travel in gaylords or in cases on the skid rather than being wrapped loose.

Truckloads move as full trailer loads, either floor-loaded or on skids depending on the merchandise. The listing states which, because it changes what you need at the far end.

We select the carrier per lane rather than routing everything through one network. That is how the freight stays inside the price on a long haul.

At the far end

Receiving your load

Freight is delivered to a commercial address. A dock or a forklift is strongly recommended for pallets, and is effectively required for truckloads. If you do not have either, contact us before you order so we can look at the lane and tell you honestly whether it can be done.

The carrier will call to arrange a delivery appointment on most lanes. Somebody needs to be there to receive it.

Inspect the load before you sign. If anything is crushed, torn, short or visibly damaged, write it on the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A clean signed bill of lading is the carrier saying the freight arrived intact, and it is very difficult to unwind afterwards. Photographs taken at the tail of the truck are worth more than any description written later.

Common questions

Shipping questions

Do you really include the freight?

Yes. Shipping is inside the listed price for every load in the catalog, to every state we serve. There is no threshold to reach and no separate charge at checkout.

How long until it ships?

Within 2 business days of the payment clearing. Bank transfers clear on the bank's schedule rather than ours, which is why the clock starts at cleared payment and not at order placement.

Can I collect it myself?

Not at present. Every load ships on our freight.

Do you ship to residential addresses?

We ship to commercial addresses. Residential deliveries of pallet freight need a liftgate and a kerbside handoff, so contact us before ordering and we will tell you whether your address works on that lane.

What if the address is wrong?

Address accuracy is the buyer's responsibility. A load redirected because of a wrong or incomplete address can attract a carrier reconsignment charge, which is passed on at cost.

Questions about a lane?

Tell us the delivery postcode and what you can receive with, and we will tell you what is realistic.
