The things buyers actually ask, including the ones with awkward answers.
No. Anyone can buy from us. A resale certificate matters for your own sales tax position in your state, not for placing an order here.
No. Order a single pallet if that is what suits you.
No. Every load is sold unmanifested, so there is no itemised list to send. The listing gives you the load class, the condition and an approximate unit count, which is everything we know ourselves.
Counts are stated as approximate ranges because mixed loads are built from live surplus. If a delivered load is more than 10 percent below the stated count, that is a covered claim under the returns policy.
Placing the order holds it. Your load is reserved for 72 hours from the moment the order is placed, which is your window to send payment.
Bank Transfer (Wire or ACH) and Zelle. Both are selected at checkout, and we email the transfer details after the order is placed.
No. The order is created and goes on hold. You send the payment yourself once we email the details.
Not at present. We would rather say so than display card logos we cannot honour.
72 hours from placing the order. After that we may release the load back to the floor and cancel the order, and nothing is owed.
Within 2 business days of the payment clearing, not of the order being placed.
Nothing extra. Shipping is included in the price shown on every listing, with no threshold to reach and no surcharge at checkout.
To all fifty states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship outside the United States.
3 to 8 business days across the lower 48 once dispatched, and 10 to 21 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
A dock or forklift is strongly recommended for pallets and effectively required for truckloads. If you have neither, contact us with your delivery postcode before ordering.
Not at present. Every load ships on our freight.
It varies by load and the listing says which. Loads are built from overstock, shelf-pulls and customer returns, and most mixed loads contain some of each. Goods are untested unless the listing states otherwise.
Yes, on a mixed load. Some units will be damaged, incomplete or unsellable. That is the nature of liquidation, it is priced into the load, and any seller who tells you otherwise is selling you something else.
The merchandise comes from national retail returns and overstock streams, so brands in a load are the brands those retailers carried. We do not authenticate individual pieces and we do not make per-item authenticity guarantees.
Yes. Loads are organised by retailer source, by product category and by load type, and you can filter by any of the three.
Covered claims only: damaged in transit, defective, or materially not as described. Transit damage must be noted on the bill of lading and reported within 48 hours. Defect and not-as-described claims have a 30 day window.
No. Liquidation loads ship as single lots and the freight economics do not survive a round trip.
No, never, on any claim.
We do. There is no cost to you.
5 to 10 business days to the original payment method once a claim is approved.

No. Retailer names identify where the merchandise originally came from. We are not an authorised dealer, agent or partner of any of them.
Any reviews we publish are tied to completed orders. We do not write our own.
